National Fitness Day is May 4th this year and that happens to be on a Saturday! What a perfect day to shrug off the excuses and let go of the reasons you can’t and get moving!
Fitness does not mean running a marathon or being a power lifter. It means finding a way to move more and treat your body to the love it needs and deserves.
Start at whatever level feels doable. No amount of activity is too little. Everything counts! Take a walk through the park, go bowling, try a yoga class – you cannot go wrong if you just get moving!
